In the hustle and bustle of the city, Lee is just another office worker whose daily life is filled with tight schedules and urban noise. Every morning, as the first rays of sunlight filter through the curtains, Lee begins his routine: hurriedly washing up, grabbing a quick breakfast, and diving into the crowded subway to start another day at work.
By evening, when the setting sun paints the sky with gentle shades of orange, Lee finally wraps up his tasks, tidies his desk, and shuts down his computer. Taking a deep breath, he steps out of the office building, greeted by the cool evening breeze and distant bursts of laughter. On his way home, Lee passes a quaint little gift shop. Outside, rows of handmade candles are carefully displayed. It strikes him then how long it’s been since he took the time to enjoy a peaceful evening to himself.
He selects a candle with a warm, woody scent, its color reminiscent of the comforting glow of autumn sunlight. The shopkeeper smiles and says, “This candle is called ‘The Way Home.’ It symbolizes that no matter how late it gets, there’s always a light guiding you back home.”
That night, Lee returns home and gently lights the “The Way Home” candle. Its flickering glow reflects on his face, bringing a subtle smile.
